Terms of Service

1. Who can join

• You must be 16 or older. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, including any purchase.
• One person, one spot. Join with your own email address and a social handle that belongs to you. Don’t use anyone else’s handle or pretend to be someone else.
• Give accurate details. We may remove spots that don’t meet these terms.

2. Your campaign spot

• We email you a code to confirm your email before your dashboard opens. Keep your codes private. We’ll never ask you to share one.
• Your spot is linked to your DrivnBye account with the same email. Use that email when you set up the app so your rewards and purchase come with you.
• When you use the app, our app Terms of Service also apply to your account.

3. Referrals and the leaderboard

• Share your invite link or 6-character referral code. A friend counts once they join with it and confirm their email.
• Each person can be referred once, by the first valid invite they use. You can’t refer yourself.
• Play fair. Don’t create fake, duplicate or throwaway accounts, pay or trick people into joining, or spam your link. We may remove referrals, disqualify spots and withhold rewards that break these rules or look fraudulent.
• You’re ranked by confirmed referrals. Your handle appears on the public leaderboard by default when you join. You can turn this off in your dashboard.
• Tier deadlines. All deadlines use Chicago time (America/Chicago).
  • Top 10 closes at the end of November 2, 2026.
  • Top 50 closes at the end of November 3, 2026.
  • Top 100 closes at the end of November 4, 2026.
  • Top 500 closes at the end of November 5, 2026.
  Only referrals confirmed before the following midnight qualify for that tier.
• Ties. More qualifying referrals rank first. If counts are tied, whoever reached that final qualifying count earlier ranks first. Remaining ties are broken by earlier campaign signup, then ascending referral code order.

4. Rewards

• Reward tiers are Top 500, Top 100, Top 50 and Top 10. Each tier’s rewards appear in your dashboard once they’re revealed.
• Each tier uses qualifying referrals confirmed before its own deadline. Later referrals do not change qualification for a closed tier. Your live place can continue to change while other tiers remain open.
• If you qualify for more than one tier, you keep the highest earned badge and matching frame. Later tier closings do not replace an earlier, higher reward with a lower one.
• Rewards go to the DrivnBye account that uses your campaign email and show up in the app after you set it up with that email.

5. Mini games

• The mini games in your dashboard are for fun. Their leaderboards don’t earn rewards or prizes and don’t change your referral rank.
• Each game’s leaderboard shows your best score and place. While “Show my handle on the public boards” is on, other people signed in to the dashboard can see your handle there.
• Play fair. We may remove scores that come from scripts, modified games or other tricks, and take you off the game leaderboards.
• Games open on the dates shown in your dashboard. We may change, reset or remove a game or its leaderboard.

6. Early Access purchases

Early Access is an optional purchase in your dashboard. Its complete details are published there before payment opens, and these terms apply when you buy it.

• Price. US $25 upfront for three calendar months of premium features in the DrivnBye app. Payment attaches Early Access to your account right away.
• When your three months start. They begin when you finish setting up your app account by completing onboarding. Joining the campaign and confirming your email don’t start the clock. If your app account has already completed onboarding, they begin when your payment is confirmed. Use the same email in the campaign and the app.
• Renewal. Unless you turn off renewal, your subscription renews automatically at US $12.99 per month after your first three months. No recurring charge is scheduled while your app account is waiting for activation.
• Payment. Stripe processes your payment. At checkout, you agree to save your payment method and use it for these future recurring payments.
• Turning off renewal. Turn off automatic renewal anytime in your dashboard, including before app activation. Your purchased three months stay with your account. Turning off renewal is separate from asking for a refund.
• Refunds. For payment or refund questions, contact support with your receipt reference. A full refund removes what that purchase attached to your account.
• Who can buy. Early Access is for accounts without an active subscription. If you already subscribe, contact support before buying.

7. Using the site

Don’t misuse the campaign: no automated or bulk signups, no attempts to get around limits or security, no collecting other people’s information from the site, and nothing that disrupts the site for others. We may suspend access or remove spots that break these terms.

8. Changes to the campaign and these terms

We may update these terms or change or end the campaign. We’ll post changes here with a new date and tell you by email before significant changes take effect. Changes don’t take away rewards you’ve already fairly earned.

9. Legal terms

These terms work together with our app Terms of Service. Its sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and venue (Georgia, USA), disputes and the time limit on claims also apply to the campaign. Where these campaign terms and the app terms differ about the campaign, these campaign terms apply.
